HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE & WORST SERVICE & BEHAVIOUS WITH CUSTOMERS

I AJAY PRATAP SINGH, HAD RECHARGED WITH RS 57/- FOR LOWERING THE ISD CALL RATES AT 1 p/s. But when I made call to U.S.A, they deducted enormous amt. of more than rs 50 for 19 mins. When I called to customer service they hanged up the call in the middle & also blocked the no. so that I could not speak to them again.

This happened 15 days before also & they blocked my no till yesterday & I was not able to connect to customer service
