Unreasonable and uninformed deductions

Respected Sir,

I am airtel prepaid customer with mobile number 9872773450. Rs. 100 was deducted from my account on 31-07. I called 121 and they told me that my blackberry plan is active from 17-07 and every week Rs.100 has been deducted. But I did not activated the plan on 17-07. Moreover, no message was sent to me from airtel regarding plan activation or reactivation. When I connected 7070, they told me that I had requested for plan on 05-07 but I want to tell thatat that time money was once deducted but was again credited on 06-07 as there was some problem from airtel with blackberry 9530 set and they were unable to activate the service. Then also they fail to explain how on 17-07, after 15 days, they reactivated the plan without any request and any information sms. If the plan was activated from 06-07, it must be reactivated on 12-07 and not on 17th. I am feeling cheated and want all my 3 deductions of 100 rs each back, done on 17, 24 and 31-07.
