Unauthorised money Deduction

I enjoy the Airtel lifetime prepaid service from 7yrs. Now a days Company deduct Re.1 from my balance as the due of Value Added Services which i don't ask for to the Customer Care located in Maharashtra from last 7month. When I call customer care they said that i ask them to start jokes service on my mobile on 27 march. Then i ask them that why they don't send me the SMS every day as i borrow the VAS; they stop my service. So my Complaint is Company unauthorizely deduct my money from last 185days which i want refund so how i get? and what is the procedure?
