Ringtone charges deducted even when I had not Registered for the service

Sir, I have not applied for "Ring Tone" service, but despite the fact the Ring Tone service has been activated on my number (9662551970), and charges of Rs. 100 (approx) have been deducted without my knowledge.

I would request to get it stopped immediately and whoever has made this illegal practice from the Mobile Service Provider's (AIRTEL) side, that person may be punished and amount may be refunded to us immediately by the company.
