ACTIVATION OF DUPLICATE SIM CARD

Dear sir,

My cell no is 9676367306. Due to problem with sim card, I got it replaced with duplicate SIM card in Air tel show room at SPLENDID TOWERS, BEGUMPET HYDERABAD on 29.12.2009 by 7.30 P.M. The card is not still activated till 10.45 A.M on 30.12.2009.

Please arrange to solve the problem.
