Airtel prepaid cell phone
Noncrediting of amount

Sir, yesterday on 31/12/09 in morning hrs I recharged my cell phone (Air tel Prepaid-9003173341) for Rs 250.00 through internet banking (icici Bank) and it was done successfully vide following reference-

Bil/000135138220/0108/919003173341/919003173341

But til now (01/01/10 1500Hrs) the amount has not been credited to my mobile balance. I contacted to customer care but instead of rectifying it they tried to pass it on to some excuses and also tried to engage the phone for maximum duration their revenue generation.

Kindly necessary steps may be initiated for the problems as I mentioned above.
