Horrible customer care service!

I possess a prepaid connection taken on my brother's name. I have been using it for the past five months. I had not subscribed for hello tunes and it subscribed by own and Rs.45 is deducted from my balance. Then i had call to the customer care 4 times in 2 days and they tell me that we will return your money after 4 hours...
