AIRTEL PRE-PAID CONNECTION
121 service

Dear sir!

I have airtel pre-paid connection no.9998247913, I am facing a problem of 121 service since 6 months. My 121 service goes stop again and again without any reason, It makes me unable to contact the customer care. I complained to customer care by other mobile, they said "we are not able to start the service", then I contacted (By e-mail) the nodal officer. But even they can not resolve the roblem permanently.

Please help me!
