My Pre Paid number 9005060056 Airtel

Airtel Pre Paid number 9005060056 is disconnected after 1 and half month --reason not submitted.

Dear Airtel Authorities/manager/marketers/lucknow gomti nager zone

my name is Roopali and I have a number 9005060056. This number is disconneted after only a month of not usage and now it is showing disconnetion and ther is no reason.

2. The gomti nagar airtel -- refuse to even log a complaint. According to them if in a computer it is not showing the number it is disconnected. so they will not even receieve a complain.

3.I have a SMS from the same number dated 30.5.2010 and 28.5.2010 last in the inbox.

4. According to them they have no records.

5.If i have a lifetime number paid for it then no one can touch the number.

6. Airtel services -poliies must be re-checked. I am aware how they deal with village population.

7. This issue has not been taken up for the past one month.

8. In my monthly bill there is a mention of the same number.
