I converted post paid to pre paid mobile on request from airtel they delivered sim at my door step i deposited the my id ration card &voter id with photo to the person visited my house from airtel due to hand set problem i could not activate the sim on same time after 2o day i try to activate the sim try to contact cst care there was neither incoming nor outgoing i contacted with some one mobile to cstcare they asked me to visit relationship centre i visit the airtel relationship centre they asked to recharge Rs.43/ after recharge only incoming was activated i try to recharge, it was not taking further recharge i again visited another relationship centre they inform id conformation call will come after confirmation only the sim will take recharge without confirmation call my sim was deactivated completely i want air tel either refund me rs.43 or make the same sim activate
