Balance depletion

I took airtel prepaid no 09997291991 .i am really disappionted with the services being provided... RATHER NO SERVICE BEING PROVIDED... FIRST MY NO. WAS DEACTIVATED NOW MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEPLETED... I got my no. recharged for 59 on 12 oct around 7 p.m... but when i checked the balance on 13 oct morning Rs.50 was deducted for no reason... there was no outgoing call ..no service requested from our side but still they deducted the balance... i want airtel to credit the depleted balance otherwise i am left with no other option to switch to other network
