Airtel Prepaid Connection
Outgoing calls barred

I took a prepaid airtel connection (9746834346) two months back (August) by submitting my proof of identity and photo at my nearby airtel office. Two days back my incoming and outgoing calls were barred giving the reason "Customer Verification failure". I called the customer care and told them the problem. They said they will rectify the problem within 24hrs. Then the incoming was activated but still the outgoing calls and sms is blocked. Again i called the customer care, they said my problem will be solved by November 8th. I did'nt expect such a bad service from airtel. What is the purpose of mobile phone if the outgoing is barred. Please help me out. Thanks in advance for considering my complaint
