Airtel Prepaid Connection
Deduction of balance without sub scription of any service except GPRS

Dear sir,

I have complain against a Airtel service. Without any sub scription every day my mobile balance is deducting since last week. Please see the last week transaction and confirm on my mail id and also return back my balance as soon as possible.

Before 2 days i have done complain and the reference number is CBDCC30307635950, and customer care people told me that 9-Mar-11 be the last day and till that day complain will resolve but still today not resolve.

I have complain also on customer care which put our call on hold more than 2 min so that your Airtel company will get .5RS from our side. Another thing is there when i call on care number 121 then all the instruction i followed nd finally i got reply from your end call to 198 and when call on 198 then finally i got reply to call 121. Are we free person? have i no work?

If eventhough this my problem not resolve then i have to go to CONSUMER COURT and case against Airtel Prepaid mobile connection.
