Airtel Prepaid Connection
Unnecessary deduction of money

I want to state that I am using internet connection no. 9602837549 since last 2 and half year. Every now and then I recieve messages that some servives in my connection has been initiated and money is charged for that, although I dont activate that. When i complained to 198 thay just say ok we will stop the services but cant refund the money. I am fed up with this trend. kindly help me out.
