DND not activated

Since very long time ago I registered the complaint for DND facility. But it was not this facility is not working propely. I again and again ask for this but still there is no change. Please find below some reference no:-

One sms received on 13/04 AT 04:02PM

. The sms was " YOUR DND REQUEST IS RELATED TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. WE HAVE FORWARED YOUR COMPLAINT TO THEM FOR NECESSARY ACTION.
