Airtel Prepaid Connection
Changed ownership then blocking services

Complaint date 3.08.2011 Time 4:25 p.m.

Dear Sir,

I had taken an airtel prepaid mobile connection no. 9685596999 in my name i.e. Sujit Chowdhury at Raigarh on 11.05.2011 and submitted necessary documents as required. Later on my services got barred twice due to non-verification of address in next two month period. On investigation I found that the connection is released in the name of one Chait Ram. I was surprised and charged the Airtel prepaid dealer how the ownership is changed and asked him to get it rectified. They agreed but again I found on 27.07.2011 that the services to my mobile are blocked. Matter was reported to the concerned dealer and also to the Airtel Sales Officer Mr. Nitin Choubey (mobile no. 9752549521) on the same day. They assured that within 2 - 3 days it will be restored. But after a week today i.e. 3.08.2011 the services remain blocked even after regular follow up daily. Please help.
