Airtel Prepaid Connection
Deduction of money w/o information

I am Atasi Mandal. I have airtel prepaid connection. Today, without knowing that it is a call from airtel hellotune provider, I recieved a call and then disconnected immediately. i didnt do anything to activate the hellotune. But they without giving me any information, activated the hello tune and deducted Rs.10 instantly from my balance. They do it frequently by unnecessarily providing useless services.

When I called in 198 to complain and talked to RAJESH KUMAR and asked to deactivate and refund, he deactivated but refused to refund.

Plzzzz do something to stop these irritating things.
