Sir,

I have a Air Tel Prepaid Connection... with validity up to year 2014.

It was not used for more than six months. Can I use/start the services on the same number?

Mobile Operator has been requested to start the services on this number but now they denied to start the services.

Can Mobile Operator issue this number to another customer.
