Improper service

Hi this abhishek gupta from kolkata, i m a prepaid customer of airtel past 7 years many a times it so happen that they deduct the money from my phone balance.but previously they atleast take down the complaint for any problem and give us a feed back but today they are denying to take down any complaint.
