Im using airtel for about 10yrs and im happy with service most of the time. But frm past 6months airtel is becoming worst.

I have activated airtel gprs (rs 251 for 3months) for about 10 days. Suddenly and silently it has cut. Also ~85 rs balance was lost.

This is 2nd time like this in 2 months.

Some cust care exe say you have used all the 8gb allowed. Some simply say hold on and simply disconnect.

Some say u didnt activated/recharged at all.
