Airtel Prepaid GSM
My number has been blocked

Dear Sir,

My Airtel Prepaid number is 9987795959, i am using this card since 3 years, in january my card has been blocked for reason given by customer care " not using card for more than 3 months". I request you to please see my record as this number is my office number and i cannot keep switched off for single day. i went to airtel relationship centre in kalyan, they told please submit document we will try it. but no answer from there. it is request to you please make my number active in prepaid or postpaid doesnt matter, as the number given to my customers and also on my website also"www.jetinfosys.com" please give me proper solution.
