Suspended my numbe

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Shaik Imamuddin I am from Korutla Karimnagar District. AP. I am the old customer of Airtel since 2004 I was using the number 919949702702, it has the validity of life long and a balance amount of RS 65, due to some personnel issues I was not using the number for not more than one month After a month when I shifted to Airtel I was shocked to see that my Sim card is rejected and later I contacted to airtel customer care regarding this matter they said the number is issued to the other customer.

How can they do this to me if I have a sufficient balance and a lifelong period of validity I had not used it by some of my personal issues and i had resumed to the same Airtel. Please help me in this aspect I number back at any cost please suggest me to whom should I contact and Is there any legal procedure for this matter to have the number back. I was continuously contacting to the customer care office, also I personally visited to the airtel office located in Hyderabad but there is no response. Please I need the same number because I had submitted it in almost areas of my business.
