We are some airtel costomers from malappuram district .we send this mail to you for solving a issue that effected us.

we are 100% satisfied by the airtel services like offers ansd VAS services and network, we have 1 problem about airtel

service. we inform this problem many times in customer care but we cannot get appropriat e solution from customer care

issue is given below

1. Sms pending time

Now airtel giving sms pending time in 8 hrs.but we spend Rs.1 for a sms sending we need complete consideration and value for our money .all of the providers in kerala giving this service in 24 hrs defaultly so

please study about this issue, we hope that you take a better solution for our problems
