Respected Sir,

I am Rahul Chitale from chiplun, maharashtra I am using Airtel prepaid since few days.

My mobile no. is 9096568769. Suddenly 20 Rs were deducted from my balance for the matrimonial services and job alerts services. Since I haven't activated those services on my mobile. I called the customer care 121 no. they deactivated those services and told me that I will get my 20 Rs balance back after 4 hours my request reference was 1209133834 but still after 24 hours I haven't got my balance back. I called again the customer care and got the same answer that I will get it after 4 hours this time my request reference was 1210064812.What the hell is this the services are automatically being activated on the mobile. Same is the case with my father he is also using Airtel prepaid since more than 1 year. There should be some action taken against this.
