Respected Sir/Madam,

I'm Rahul Nasare, using airtel prepaid from last 4 years, my plan is 'Friends' . i called customer care executive for reduced call rate plan for Friends plan customer on dec.2, they suggest me to recharge with RC 29, and they told, it would not affect ur Freinds plan. but actually after recharging my plan has been changed.i m not getting benefit of my friends plan.

so i called customer executive for complaint launch, they promised me that, ur problem will solve in 48 hours. but uptil now my problem has not been solved. so i request u to plz solve this problem, as they misguided me for plan change.
