Instaling obscene ringtone without permission

AIRTEL RINGTONE SCAM

I am a airtel lifetime prepaid subscriber. Recantly I was told by my relatives that they are getting obscene and rude message/ringtone when they called on my number 9876526248 .I camplained regarding this matter to Airtel and they tod me that its a ringtone to which I have subscribed. They also told me that they have deducted a hafty amount from my account for that ringtone. I was shocked because I have never subscribed for any ringtone. I told them to stop the ringtone immidiatley and refund the deducted amount to my account. They told that they will stop the ringtone and will refund the same, but they did not done the same.

I would like to highlight this scam which Airtel is running by deducting hafty amounts from subscribers accounts without their knowledge. Please forward this complaint to the concerned authority (TRAI) for taking necessary criminal and civil proceeding against Airtel

It is a matter of principle for me and Airtel should not go scott free for their extrem negligent act.
