Money deducted without using any service

I am using airtel prepaid connection 9760416604. i am faceing a problem from last six month that money deducted from my a/c without using any service, i contected the customer service executive he says that a service is subscribed by you, and this service is discontinued, and money is refunded to you within two hour, I am still waiting for refund. and i am surprised that after sometime the money is again deducted from my a/c.
