Airtel - Prepaid mobile
No incoming since 1.5 months

I got an AIRTEL prepaid number 7760085454 in first week of April. I have been out of Bangalore and since day 1 I have not been able to receive calls in roaming location. Today is 15th May and it has been nearly 1.5 months and AIRTEL has been unable to fix the problem. I have mailed the nodal officer and the appelate as well. However they have still not fixed the problem.
