I have provided documents relating my identity and address proof, but yet out calls were barred without prior notice or any intimation for barring outgoing calls, messages and internet facilities. i have migrated from post paid connection to prepaid connection due to excessive billings. during this migration process also, one of connection had similar problem (all outgoing connection) were barred. all the documents were in accordence, yet the connection was restored after 4 days.
