SIM CARD REGISTERATION FAILED when balance is available

My Mobile no. 9801140803 (Airtel) is not working since 31st July'10 with remark"SIM CARD REGISTERATION FAILED" when last recharge of Rs. 333 was done on 12th June'10 and balance in account was more than Rs.300.

Repeated complaints made to their Nodal Officer and Appellate Officer are not yeilding result. In fact none is even responding to mails sent
