I am using Airtel prepaid card. On Jan 11I received three continuous SMS from Airtel Number 543211.I just opened first SMS immediately money deducted from my account.

Immediately I sms them to cancel the helloring tone and call the customer care no 9810198101 to unsubscribe this service. They assure me that they will do it but till date (13/1) it is not done. Really fed up by this without our knowledge they change the hellotones and then charge us. You are requested to look into this on urgent basis. I
