Non contactable customer care

Sir/Mam,

I am Swati Agarwal with Airtel mobile number 9897694369. This number is not contactable to your customer care numbers like 121, 9897098970 etc. with the statement “this service is not available on your number” from last few months. When I contacted to your customer care on 25thJanuary’10 through another Airtel mobile number 9997300699, your customer care executive assure me that this problem will be resolved soon. But when I got no response from your side up to a week I again contact to the customer care & your executive replies me that there is no complaint registered for your mobile number therefore I had again register the same complaint & got complaint number 3013142781100 by your executive. When again I got no response from the company till today I again contact to the customer care number & asked for the above mentioned complaint number, your executive (Ms. Shabina) responds me that no complaint is there on above mentioned complaint number.

I hope this mail helps this dis-satisfied customer of your company by tomorrow. Otherwise I will bound to go to the consumer forum against Airtel.
