Poor Service

I have been using Airtel NOP for more than an year but for the last 3-4 months, the signals of GPRS is not available in a radius of 2-3 km. Rs. 99 is being deducted every month, as i use it once/twice in my office (where network is available). I have registered the complaint with Customer Care. But my problem has not yet resolved.
