Improper service

I recharged my mobile no 9771848852 with a voucher of rs 21.this voucher gives free national and local sms for 30 days.suddenly the operator has started charging rs1 for every sms.i lodged a complaint at the airtel customer care number:121.they said that by 13 april 130 pm my complaint will be redressed.but still the problem stands as such.they have no clue.i want to reclaim my money that they have charged for my smses and to see that i get free sms as per the scheme.looking towards speedy resoluyion.
