On activation problem

The number is 9566784702... it is my no and i 've last recharged about rs.301 and i had a booster of sms of 10000... and i am getting a problem of no calls can be made or can come in too... and i 'm in trouble and unable to connect my parents too... so if you clear this fault means it ll be helpful to me... and as well as to my parents ..and some7, 8days ago only this fault occurred due to fault in photo and i 've submitted all my documents correctly as soon as i received the message...
