Unnecessay Calls and Promotional SMS from Airtel

I am registered with DND and even them airtel ppl are give me unnecessary calls and sms. I have called Customer Care thrice and everytime they forward my call to their seniors and the senior asks for the numbers from which i get the calls ans sms and then notes down my alternate number and assures me that the issue will be resolved in 10 days as the senior is handling the problem. but nothing happens. If ever i loose or suffer any social or financial harm because of these unnecessary calls n sms at any stage, the airtel group will be sole responsible for that as my repeated requests gave gone in vain. No fun to talk to or write to nodal office because i have done the same in march april but didnt got a positive response from there too.
