Unnesseary balance deduction

My name is Rupak Saha, i m from durgapur... i am a old customer of airtel... but from few days i am facing great problems regarding the balance deduction... and few sms packs... they r deducting balance unnessarly, i dont know why... but when i calling the helpline number of airtel they r disconnecting the call widout solving the problems..and when i am tryning again it is saying that there is temporarily out of service..they r not cooperateing with us... so please solve my problems my airtel no. is 9932318649..
