Airtel-Prepaid mobile
Unothorised deduction of money

Dear sir,

i am using airtel company's prepaid mobile since last 6 years with the mobile no.9898182084.for last two weeks there is a money deduction from my balance with out any information, when i call 121 they are telling the some gprs services is activated (funtime alerts), and i am not using any gprs from your company and my hand set also not support the gprs..then how it is possible??? How money can deduct from my balance without any information.

Again on

12th i deactivated this service with executive on talking 121, but on 14th i gets automatically active how its possible?
