Loss of amount without call

Hi

I Rathinasabapathy complaining for the cell number 9994018893.. I recharge for Rs 234 on 9th april. On that day i lost Rs 2 and on next day morning i lost Rs 30 and evening Rs 2. Again on next day morning they took Rs 2. I lost this amount without speaking on cell.

I dont want anyother service like caller tune, internet, etc. I use this number only for calls. I never request for anyother service.

I kindly request u to give me proper explanation and give back the amount which u took unnecessarily.

This same incident happen last year also..
