1. Value Added Services --Rs10 on 10.05.11 8.28 PM

2. Mirchi Live --Rs10 on 09.05.11 6.47 PM

When contacted customer care for the refund of the charges, the responce was "you only have opted for this and we can not refund the amount" in very rude manner saying that you can complaint any where nothing will happen.
