Airtel - Prepaid mobile

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have an Airtel pre-paid mobile service (no. is 7893192173). Since last few weeks I'm getting sms's form Ad-54321 stating that I have subscribed / downloaded some games. The sms also informs that certain amount has been deducted from my account. Till now, Rs. 329 has been deducted from my account for this service.

I have not accessed any of their web-sites to subscribe to any games and all this has happened without my consent or knowledge.

Please ensure that this amount is credited back to my pre-paid balance and un-subscribe from this service immediately.
