Forcefully providing call alert service

At 1417 hrs today i.e. 23.07. a recorded call came from airtel (No. 9958585097) proposing to provide call alert service @Rs. 15/- per month. It stated that for subscribing to the call alert service press * button. I didn't press * button, even then the service was povided and Rs. 15/- deducted from my balance amount. A message received stating that "Thank you for choosing Missed Call Alert Service. You have been charged DRs 15 for 30 days. To stop this service dial *321*883#." I dialled the said number and another message received stating " Missed Call Service has been stopped. Thank you for using the service."
