Deduction of amount in prepaid connection

I am having prepaid connection with airtel. I was using airtel blackberry weekly internet service upto MAy 8th.i had deactivated the internet service on 8th, may.but even after that airtel continued debiting Rs. 100 every week for more than 8 weeks. I lodged a complaint with customer care on 23rd may and again on 1st June. Thereafter i lodged a complaint with their nodal officer. After that I spoke to their Appellate officer also. But so far they have not credited back the amount. My mobile no.is 98401 20360.
