Sir,
My Airtel prepaid mobile no. is 9932253799. I am being charged for incoming calls even though I'm not on roaming @50p/min. Customer care is talking gibberish, saying new things every time I call. First he says that I have dual sim, the next time he says that my Airtel Live is activated and then that Hungama offer is activated; all of which is absolutely nonsense. I would like to request you kindly to look into the matter and refund the balance that has been unfairly deducted. (The problem started from yesterday 14th October. 2011)
