Indifference services in Airtel customer care cente

I am using Airtel Prepaid services for more than 3 years. I visited the Airtel Customer care center in Thillai nagar 11 th cross, Trichy, Tamilnadu to register my compliant about the billing and also get more information. Almost all of the customer care executive is either busy with their social networking in their mobile or busy talking to each other. Some not interested in answer the question.

The executive i met behaved very rudely and not answer the queries asked by me. then i register my complaint in the landlines phone kept in the desk.

I felt so embarrassing that nobody intend to listen to customer's compliant. There is no complaint register book to show our dissatisfaction. All these young boys and girls are busy in their social networking or chatting to each other.
