Activate unwanted services without my information

Hello,

I am using a Airtel Prepaid No. 8010203240. A service name MO like activated on this no before some days ago without my information. I received two SMS back to back from AIRTEL on date 6/1 (You have been renewed for Symbian Application subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 5.0).

I just called to Airtel customer care for asking about this and also request to remove this service from my No. They give me an request reference no CBDM020106070957 and said services has been removed.

Next day date 7/1 again i received same SMS from Airtel (You have been renewed for Symbian Application subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 5.0).

I again called to Airtel customer care for asking about this, they said services is still running on my No. They give me another request reference no ROVAD50107226471 and said services will be remove.

I am very much seek you AIRTEL guys. Please removed this service ASAP.
