Unwanted Services Cutting my Prepaid Balance every minute

Due to some unknown reasons, few unwanted services has been activated like - Jokes, Horoscopes etc which automatically deducts huge amount from my account. I contacted to Customer Care and requested them to deactivate them ASAP but situation is still the same.

I was told by this customer care that those services will be removed immediately but even after more than 30 days i am having the same situation.
