Airtel Prepaid Mobile
Wrong charges debited

I am airtel prepaid customer my Mobile no is 9829873100. last month on 15 march i recharge my mobile with Rs 399.and from last month every week 20/- will be charged from my account and some time Rs 10/ charged from my the account. While talking to customer care they are saying that the charges are due to some services activated on my mobile no i told them i did not start any services then after some discussion i told them on 17 th april please stop the services which are activated on my mobile no and then guy provide me the request no ROVAD50417045094. to stop my services but again the charges for the same deducted from my account on 24 april.

I am not satisfy from the services like this please credit the same charges into my account.
