Money deduction

Respected sir,

Iam Mahaveer jain from chennai tamilnadu and my Airtel prepaid number 9841547190 ..I was having my balance of Rs.202 in the date of 19.06.2012 & my auto renewal of rs.36 for sms pack was done & my balance should be Rs.166 but it was not there & all my money got deducted automatically... so i called up 121 for enquiry and the person who took my call couldnt answer properly & he told that he will transfer to his senior executive to clearify my doubt so he transfered the call but i waited for long time but no reply so disconnected the call & tried again but the computerised call dissconnected automatically... so i here by request you to please clearify my doudts... i hope i will really get cleared of my doubts
