I am using Airtel from last 5 Years (No 9894243570), When I tried to change to different service provider I got a offer from Airtel to reduce the call charge. So I accepted to stay back with Airtel.. This is happening from last 2 month but still this offer is not activated for my number, When I ask customer care again they give very poor response...
